In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first contact us to resolve the issue amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iNNOVAT PARK LTD and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.
